Precise and without ambiguity, Domicilium - your flat hunter, house hunter - only charges transactions’ fees.

According to the law, fees are only due when the purchase takes place. That means at the signature of the final act of sale in the notary’s office. In fact at the time you become legally the owner of the property we have found for you.

The amount of fees is between 2,5% to 4% of the sale price, as mutually agreed in a contract after a detailed understanding of your needs :

• If the property is offered by an estate agent or any other professional, the fees are 2,5% All Taxes Included of the sale price, these excluding notary fees ;
• If the property is offered by an individual or any other unpaid intermediary, the fees are 4% All Taxes Incuded of the sale price, these excluding notary fees.
